1. Configuration details of wooden high-speed punch soundproof box
The wooden soundproof box adopts a modular combination design and is connected internally with screws for easy disassembly and assembly. The front door is designed as a double-opening type, and the rear door is designed as a single-opening type. Both are equipped with double-glazed observation windows for easy observation of internal operations. In addition, the front and rear doors and side doors of the soundproof box are equipped with observation windows, and the left and right sides are equipped with outlet and air inlet and exhaust vents respectively.
To reduce noise disturbance, the soundproof box is equipped with low-noise pulleys and an air extraction system. In terms of external structure, the soundproof box wall is made of 0.5 mm thick iron sheet material (the color can be customized according to customer needs). The overall structure is made of 30 mm by 50 mm wooden squares, ensuring the stability and durability of the soundproof box.
The interior of the soundproof box is filled with fireproof soundproof cotton and fiberglass cloth, and covered with galvanized punching boards to achieve excellent soundproofing effects. The soundproof box can significantly reduce the noise level. For noise with an original sound value above 100 decibels, it can be reduced to about 15 to 20 decibels, providing a quiet and comfortable working environment for staff.

Iron soundproof box design:
The front door of the high-speed punch soundproof box adopts a convenient sliding door design, and the rear door and both sides are set as double doors for easy operation and maintenance. The front door and the rear door are embedded with soundproof monitoring windows to ensure the sound insulation effect while facilitating the observation of the internal situation.
On the left and right sides of the soundproof box, flexible movable discharge ports are set, and a roller guide system (two guides on each side) is equipped to facilitate the smooth entry and exit of materials.
In order to optimize the working environment, one low-noise pulley exhaust device is installed in the soundproof box to effectively eliminate noise and exhaust gas.
In terms of lighting, two sets of environmentally friendly and energy-saving 45W5T fluorescent lamps are used to ensure that the working area is well-lit and energy-saving.
In addition, the soundproof box is also equipped with a set of internal power switch sockets and a reserved position for a trademark advertising sign (the customer needs to provide the trademark number by himself).
In terms of surface treatment, we use advanced ICI computer paint for rust prevention. Customers can choose the color according to their personal preferences to ensure that the soundproof box is both beautiful and durable.

Imported Rockwool (100kg/m3×50mm) sound-absorbing and fire-proof environmentally friendly cotton board.
Imported PEF (10mm) fire-proof sound-absorbing board. Taiwan factory produces (20kg/m3×10mm) high-density sound-absorbing sponge board.
The noise effect is 75-80 decibels (single sound source) and meets the national labor deafness protection regulations.
