Clearance standard between punch press copper sleeve and crankshaft, the clearance between the copper sleeve and the shaft of the punch press is adjusted according to the working conditions. Generally speaking, the clearance distance is between 0.01mm and 0.05mm. For different models and types of products, due to the difference in tonnage, the parameters of the components to be manufactured will be different, and the consistency standards of the manufactured parts are different. For medium to large tonnage high-speed punch presses, such as 100 ton C-type high-speed punch press and 160 ton gantry high-speed punch press copper sleeve and crankshaft clearance standard, the clearance distance may be between 0.15mm and 0.2mm, generally not more than 3 wires.
Adjust the clearance standard between punch press copper sleeve and crankshaft. Sometimes, according to the needs, we need to use micrometer and internal gauge to measure the diameter of crankshaft first, and then accurately control the clearance between copper sleeve and shaft. Or use vernier caliper to measure and read the clearance between shaft and copper sleeve. For the clearance requirement with low matching coefficient, the clearance between shaft and copper sleeve can be adjusted to between 0.03mm and 0.08mm. For the standard with high matching coefficient, the clearance of copper sleeve can be adjusted to below 0.01mm. Because the suppliers of copper sleeve and shaft are different, the materials used by different suppliers may be different, and then the components with different size parameters will be manufactured, so the clearance between shaft and copper sleeve that needs to be adjusted will be different. Factors affecting the clearance between the copper sleeve and crankshaft of a high-speed punch press are inseparable from the workmanship of the copper sleeve and the crankshaft. The finer the workmanship of the copper sleeve and the crankshaft, the smaller the distance between the copper sleeve and the crankshaft can be adjusted. If the clearance is too large, it is easy to increase the axial load borne by the copper sleeve, and it may also cause the flywheel or gear to shake, because the rotational motion of the flywheel is transmitted to the crankshaft through the turnkey, and the components are interconnected.
Although the copper sleeve made of high-strength copper alloy has high bearing capacity and high hardness, the reasonable setting of clearance standard between punch press copper sleeve and crankshaft can reduce the wear of parts and the heat generated during operation. The performance of parts will be better, the service life will be extended, and the processing accuracy of workpieces will be improved.
