3、 Operation steps
1. Place the material on the punch press: Place the prepared material on the worktable of the punch press and secure it with fixtures to prevent movement or tilting during the stamping process.
2. Adjust the mold: Adjust the mold on the punch press according to the shape and size of the frame that needs to be stamped. Ensure that the position and angle of the mold and material are correct for accurate stamping.
3. Start stamping: Start the high-speed precision punching machine and begin stamping. During the stamping process, it is important to observe the deformation of the material and the working status of the mold and fixture. If there is any abnormal situation, the stamping should be stopped immediately, and the fault should be checked and eliminated.
4. Complete stamping: When the shape and size of the lead frame meet the requirements, stop the high-speed precision punching machine and remove the stamped lead frame. When removing the lead frame, be careful to avoid hand injuries.
